Announcement: Minister Ruairi Quinn has now decided to waive the six months waiting period for unemployed people who wish to participate in the Enterprise Evolution Programme. All other criteria remain in place – Springboard applicants must continue to have a prior history of employment and be in receipt of an eligible social welfare payment, or be signing for social insurance credits.
